Working legally and registering with an agency

A foreign caregiver may work only for a patient who holds a valid permit, and only while holding a valid B/1 work visa for the caregiving sector. Before the work begins, the employment must be registered through a licensed caregiving agency.
You may not start work for another family before the employment has been registered lawfully. A foreign worker may also not take additional jobs — not on the weekly rest day and not in free time.
